Oath ceremony waitinb time if you have Name change

How long one has to wait for oath ceremony if you request name change in n-400 application? does it vary for each place u applied from?

It does vary depending on where you applied. No extra wait in Phoenix, Az office.

I am applying from hartford, ct.

In Philadelphia DO, I did interview on 23rd November 2009 and till this date no Oath letter. I took infopass and checked, IO said because of name change Allentown Court house has to decide the schedule.
I call Allentown court house administrator and she said first Oath ceremony for 2010 is April 8th 2010. I said After the interview date this is more than 120 days. They said, they don't care.

What we have to do ?
Unless to wait , there is no solution for this.
