No Birth Certificate

Hi,
I am planning to apply greencard for my brother.I don't have a birth certificate.How can I prove that my brother and I have the same Father's and Mother's name ? Can I get a letter from any of my relative , notarized by a bank officer ? Please let me know.

Do your parents have their old indian passport? Usually, in India if the children are young their names are added on to their parents' passport.

No.My parent's passport does not have our names in it. What other proof I can provide other than birth certificate ? Please let me know.
