Documents for visitors visa

Hi:
I am sponsoring for my brother's visa. The date for interview we got is in March. I am visiting India in January. If I take the documents like bank letter and my employment verification letter now which will be dated as January are going to be valid and not old when my brother visits consulate in March. Please advise.
