US B2 visa for dependents

I am an Indian national working in UK on workpermit from past 15 months along with my dependents (spouse and child). My workpermit in UK expires on Nov 2010.

I am planning to apply for the B2 visa for my spouse and child as they like to visit my brother-in-law (spouse brother).

Is it possible to apply B2 visa for my family from the UK?

Also I have a US B1 visa for 10 years,if I plan to visit US for temporary stay along with my family, do I need to apply for B2 again or can I use B1 itself?
