Hi,
My oldest brother is terminally ill with cancer... the doctor already told
us that he has less than a year to live. We would like his 2 daughters back
home (Philippines) to come and visit their dad. What is the fastest way or
process to make this happen? My brother is in and out at Kaiser for
treatment. Please help us...
