I was on h1b visa with employer A . I had got my wife's visa (h4) also stamped with my h1b in India. We both then came to usa and then now I have changed my employer to Employer B .
Do I need to change anything for my wife's h4 . The EmployerB does not pay for my wife's h4. So my question is :
I have not applied for any change for her as her h4 visa is stamped till sept 2010. is that ok .

That's okay. H4 has nothing to do with your employer. H4 depends on you maintaining your valid H1B status irrespective of the employer.
