Hi,

When I joined my company as Perm they promised in words that they would file my GC but now my company is not in favor of filing my labor, they are saying as the unemployment rate is 10% its difficult to prove labor in this a market situation.

If my company files labor and if it get rejected, what would be the consequences ? My company would get effected with this or I have to lose my job ? What could be other consequences apart from this ?

GC is for future employment.
Rejected or approved, no issues to anybody.
Your current status is not affected.
