Hi Folks,
I am on H1B. My wife came to US on H-4 Visa. She converted it to F-1 Visa in Jan 2009. She is currently in last semester of her Masters that will end in May. She is enrolled just for one course (only course left to complete her Masters). We have some family emergency and we might need to travel to India next Month.
My wife has H4 Visa stamped on her passport which expired on Dec 2009. My question is if she goes for an F-1 Visa stamping before coming back to US will it pose any issue as she is in her last semester ?
Did anyone encounter similar kind of stituation or know exactly the implication of travelling on F-1 and trying to go for F1 Visa stamping during the last semester.
