my wife did COS from H4 TO F1....got I- 94 for duration of stay ( till 12/20/2010)
If she graduates in may 2010, gets an OPT of 12 months ( till 07/15/2011) which exceeds her date on I- 94 ,
is she elligible to stay legally for her OPT period as well as 17 month extension in future????
Is the EAD card enough for legal stay even if I -94 has expired???
