Default few questions about application for father's GC

I am filling out the following forms for my father's GC.

    I-130
    I-485
    I-693
    I-864
    G-325A

I have some questions. Can someone answer these please?

I am submitting the following documents.
    1. Copy of my birth certificate
    2. Copy of my naturalization certificate.
    3. Copy of father's birth certificate.
    4. Copy of parent's marriage certificate.
    5. Copy of father's visa and I-94.

Q 1. The name of mom has a spelling mistake in one document. It has been spelled with "a" in one doc and with "e" in another (Chandar v/s. Chander). Will this be an issue? What can be done about this?

Q 2. Do I need to submit mother's death certificate? It asks to submit " A copy of any divorce decrees, death certificates, or annulment decrees that would show that any previous marriage entered into by your mother or father was ended legally." This was not a previous marriage. I was born after this marriage and later she passed away. Do I submit her death certificate?

Also, the death certificate is in hindi and I have notarized English translation. I understand that I have to submit hindi and english copies. Is this correct?

Q 3. Any other document that I am missing?

Q 4. After I-130 is approved, he won't be able to leave USA till he gets I-485 approval. Is this correct?

Many thanks to anyone who can answer this.

    Thanks.

    Q1 Which two document?
Q2 Yes. because in I-130, your father will put "None" for his spouse.
Q3 Copy of biographic page from father's passport.
Q4 He cannot leave from the date he submits I-130, I-485 or if he is qualified, until he gets his Advance Parole which is form I-131.

I would also do form I-765

I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with Hindi language.
Is it in English alphabet? or Just the translation is misspelled? If the translation is misspelled, then redo the translation.
If the original birth certificate is misspelled, then, I'd would just ignore it and hopefully the Officer realize its a simple type error.
If the name Chandar v/s. Chander is basically same in Hindi, then you can write an Affidavit explaining that in Hindi language its considered same.
Sorry I can't be more of help on this one.

It is the original (not the translation) so I plan to submit a copy and not do anything else at this time. If they send a RFE I can submit an explanation. For Hindi name chandar and chander are same. It depends on how you write it.

Thanks for the quick responses and the tip about biographic page of passport.
