My husband got his H1B approved in october 2009.His company s processing for his L1.My question is

1.After going to US in L1 is there any possibility for change of status from L1 to H1B.?Will that approved petition be valid.?

2.Wen he gets L1 i will be getting L2.I can fly only after a month after him.Within wat period of time should the status from L1 to H1b can be done.?

3.If he changes at tht time will i get H4 visa.?

2. L1 to H1B can be done at any time. However, note that quota for H1B for the current fiscal year is over.
