Default N-400 - no receipt letter!

    Hi Folks,

I recently submitted my N-400 packet (02/03/10). It was a USPS certified mail delivered on 02/08/10 to the Arizona office. I have not heard from USCIS since then. I noticed that quite a few of you received some form of an acknowledgment soon after turning in your N-400.

I was wondering if its something I should be worried about? I would hate to have something get lost in the mail and then miss an interview etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks
    CM

PS they did cash the check on 02/16/10

Check your cashed check. It should have your "Receipt Number" on them. Use the receipt number and call USCIS to verify your address and non-receipt of your "Receipt Notice"

    Hi Bkwld,

It was a cashiers check. I called my bank and they just said that the check has been cashed.

I may still call up USCIS and nag them about my 'receipt letter'.

    Cheers
    CM
