On March 1, 2010, the USCIS mailed me a notice that they have approved my I-130, what happens next does my wife get her Visa right away, what happens next can somebody please explain ?

not wanting to leave you hanging my man, unfortunately i can't really off much information as I am going through with the K1 visa. I'm sure on this website there are some infomration regarding the 130 that can help you along.
