good day.i have a 4 year old son but his dad and i were not yet married..in short were live-in partner...my live-in partner PARENTS just recieved thier petition papers yesterday...some of thier sibblings will be carried and can go with theme in USA since they havent yet reach the age of 21..except my live in partner ang his other older brother because of over age...
and by this year were planning to get married asap...
Is there anyway for me ,my son and my livein partner(who will become my husband soon)can go to USA also??
Can they petition us also???how long will it take??

pls give us some information on how can the parents of my fiance can help us to follow them in USA...

There is no category for married son of green card holder.

As long as your partner is not married, his parents can sponsor him under F2B category. http://www.immihelp.com/greencard/fa...ategories.html

After he gets green card, you can get married to him, and he can sponsor you in F2A category.
