clarification on when I can apply for citizenship

this is my confusion. I got married january 2007 to a USC,got my conditional resident permit April 2007, and later got my permanent residence May 2009. January 2010 makes it 3 year since we have been married, we are still living together. my question is this:

Am I eligible to apply to citizenship, or is it another whole year wait from the date of obtaining permanent residence?

Or is it just three year counting from the date of the actual marriage?

thank you. now does my conditional residence period count as green card, if so does that mean the two years of conditional residency plus one year?

My wife is in a similar situation, got her GC in nov 2007, so is she eligible to file the paperwork only in Nov 2010 ? Or can I use the (minus 3 months rule) and file in aug 2010 for her citizenship ?

From the above and what I gathered from reading the website, one can apply 90day before the actual 3years, so yes you can apply in August, I just don't want their squabbles, so I want to get my application in just right around the exact time...
