Looking to Get OCI but Lost old Indian Passport with Lending paper

Hello All,

I am canadian citizen, currently holding canadian passport since 5 yrs. about 4 yrs. back i lost my old indian passport with landing paper.
Now i want to apply for OCI and dont know where to start from since dont have my indian passport with me.
