    Default Please help - L1 VISA query

    I recently joined new company however my ex employer wants me back due to some urgent requirement. I was being with my past company from past 3 yrs and left it couple of months back. Now in case if I join my previous company am I still eligible for L1 visa or I have to wait again for 1 year for being eligible.

    Read it again clearly. It answers exactly what you are asking about. It states

    L-1 visas are available to a person to transfer him/her to work in the United States for an employer, who has worked abroad (outside U.S) for 1 continuous year within past 3 years in a related business entity in a manager/executive or specilized knowledge staff capacity. The applicant must be coming to U.S to continue providing services for the same employer.
