OCI application- change of address

Dear sir,

I live in philadelphi,PA (East coast).I am a US citizen,and appplied for OCI a month ago, my application is acknowleged..I am in IT by profession,and due to the nature of my job, I am working on contract jobs,and might have to move to southern california....

My question is, I can change states during OCI process or I have to re-apply again in San Fransico embassy and start the whole process again..is there any other way? please write me back at your earliest convience.

Yes, you will have to apply at Indian Consulate in San Francisco.

It is best not to move during the whole process.
