Hello,
I am a us citizen working in a US company, my company is sending me to India to work from there for three years, the payment will be made in USA only, what are the tax complications, any help will be highly appreciated.

You will have to pay the income tax in the US on your worldwide income. You may be able to get the foreign tax credit for taxes you pay in India.
