Incorrect BirthDate on EAD card

Hello Everyone,
I received a EAD card with incorrect Date Of Birth. What is the procedure to correct this ?? Does anyone face similar situation ?? Also please let know the impact of this ?

Hi,

I got my EAD issued just like yours.

From my experience, I would say "Do not apply for replacement directly as stated on the CIS website cos it takes as long as it does for a new EAD".

Instead, if you're sure that you provided all the correct information and that the error on your EAD is an administrative error, visit the nearest sub office with all the relevant documents. Make sure you carry your birth certificate.

This helps in speeding up the process of replacement, in case, they ask you to apply again. And most importantly, going through them you may not need to pay the I-765 application fee again.
