travelling on visitor visa .reply asap

hi

i applied for student visa and it got rejected ysesterday.I also had visitor visa for ten yrs on my passport. i just want to know that if i travel on vistor visa to US after a week or two will there be any problem at the immigration will they question me at US immigration would they know everyting that i had refusal and now i am travelling on visitor visa .please help me on this asap.
