NVC sent my file to an other Embassy!!!!

My attorney, without checking with me, listed in our petition my address in my country of residence (France). So this week the NVC sent my approved file to Us embassy in Paris. Now since 1 month I'm in my county of origin (Morocco) and I was expecting the file to be sent here.
So, does anybody,plz, know if I shall contact NVC or US embassy in France to transfer my file... or shall I contact the embassy here, in Morocco, to request the transfer of my file to Morocco?

As best solution.

You should contact the US embassy in your home country and they will request the transfer of your file to them.
This is what I have done and went easily.
