Dear Sirs

A friend of mine has been offered a major part in a film in the USA.

The filming will take approximately 8 months and he will return to the UK when it is finished. We have a sponsor ready and willing - but we have no way to find out how she gets the necessary form or otherwise goes about it! Can you point us in the right direction? She has been so supportive over this and is willing to help with accommodation - all we need to know is what form she has to fill in and where we can find it.
