new passport created with mistake..??

Hi,

As my old passport validity was getting over, i applied for new one and got new passport from Indian embassy @ Houston, TX.

But they made something wrong in that regading my place of birth, instead of XXX, Raj. they made it XXX, Guj.

Please suggest what should I do, those guys never respond via phones.

About all you can do is return it to them with a copy of your application and a letter explaining the error. There should be no charge for the correction.
