Form I 539 question: COS H4 to F1

I am applying for COS from my wife H4 to F1. I had received my Extension of H1B in 2008. What should be my answer to part 3.2 and 3.3.
3.2 "Is this application based on an extension or change of status already granted to your spouse, child or parent?"
3.3 " Is this application based on a separate petition or application to give your spouse , child or parent an extension or change of status? "
