Flu shots coverage in student insurance

Does your student policy cover bill for flu shot? I am asking this because i had a policy with you in November 2009 and got a flu shot from my university health centre. I asked the university to bill your company but it seems like it didnt go through because they have transferred the bill to my student account. Please clarify this issue. Thanks
