Should I show work experience?

I have finished my diploma of 2.5 years in October 2009. After a month I have got a job for an advertisment company and have been working there since then. My diploma is in Multimedia.

I am going to do my BCS in the USA this Fall 2010. Should I mention my work experience? or 5-6 month work experience does not mattar infront of VO consular. My question is, it is a good or bad thing to show short work experience?

1. If I mention work experience, what docs should I need to produce at the time of interview?

Job verification letter from company. I am paid in cash. Tell me what else?

2. What questions could be possibly asked regarding my job?


1. What is your job designation?
2. How long have you been working for?
3. What does your company specialize in?
4. How long has it been established?
5. Describe your duties.
6. What is your salary?
7. Will I leave my/or resign from my job? Is it a good thing to say that I will leave my present job and will follow my higher studies. or Should I have my employer say that I will join his company after completing my studies which is not going to happen in reality after 4-5 years?


Please guide me regarding this. I'm hoping for a prompt reply.
