Birth Date different

Hello Guys
Municipality is not willing to change the date under any circumstances. Tried everything with them. The date on the passport is on every other document including school leaving, visa-stamp, nationality etc.

1. How to make municipalilty change date of birth thruough legal ways.

2. If there is no way for (1), how to handle the issue with USCIS, as now they will see different date on passport( and all other docs) and birth certificate.

Please help as this issue is frustrating me.

You can submit affidavit of support signed by first class judicial migistrate.There you can put your passport DOB.Good Luck.

You can produce non-availabitiy of birth certificate - i think there is a standard format - u need to get 4 - Rs20 stamp papers signed by parents and 2 other witnesses , which is accepted by uscis or contact the nearest Indian embassy whether they can give a birth certificate based on your passport - sslc ...etc.
