    Hi all,

    I have a Valid H1B Visa till the end of Sept 2010, I need to go to India for a short visit in July, will be back by July end or Aug begining, do I need to go for restamping?

    You need a valid visa to enter U.S. If your existing H1B visa in the passport has expired, then you will need to get the visa stamping again. If not, you can re-enter using the existing visa.
