DS 160 MISTAKE! share YOUR EXPERIENCES

All other forms correct but just realized that on my surname on the DS 160 I switched an "o" for a "u' in the middle of my name. I have already scheduled my student visa interview. Will the switching of this letter in my surname cause me to have my visa rejected? Thank you, Concerned.....

Please share any experiences you have had or even thoughts you might have regarding this important issue. If i have to reschedule after doing new DS 160it will delay by a long protracted period and my school is ready to start. please share ideas .....
