Hi,
We got the citizenship in Apr and applied for PIO card and submitted $385 for pio card and $195 for surrender certificate and cancellation of passport.
I got the PIO card back for myself and wife and got indian passport back with cancellation mentioned on 2nd page. I have 2 questions:

- I hadn't received any surrender certificate for both of us, is this normal or they should have sent us surrender certificate?
- I got $195 money order back with my wife passport but they kept $195 that was sent with my application, why they done differently?
