L2 visa staming DS 156 query

Hi

My wife is in L2. Since L2 can legally authorized to work she has got an EAD last October.

We are going to India for Visa stamping. In DS-156 there is a question

1"Do you intend to work in US"

Usually recommended answer is "No". But in this case what should we write ?

Sorry Guys I may not be very clear in my question. My wife who is in L2 is going for Visa interview. She has valid EAD.

Now for Visa interview in India, can she write in DS-156 under "Do you intend to work in US" as yes. Please advise.

Hi!
Say Yes! After all you have spent money and resources to get her an EAD, she must want to work! Why else would you go through all that?
Since it is your wife's second stamping of L2 she should not face any problem.
