can i change my name in c1d visa

hi

my name is jeffery dsouza in my old passport my name was spelled as jaffrey dsouza and the same name i have it on c1d visa

now i got a new passport with the name changed as well as address changed
it also says that the old passport is cancelled n returned and it has a stamp saying cantains valid visa

so is my c1d visa valid if not then can i change my name on the visa or i have to cancel n get a new 1 and will i get a new 1
