I have a situation where my labor was filed with inaccurante employment dates. In once case the resignation date is 2-3 months different and in one case the hiring date is different by 15 days.
I am getting accurate dates for my I-140 but since labor was filed with different dates I am worried if I will have issues with my I-140. Has anybody else face the same problem, if yes what steps did you to take correct it.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
