    Default please help!!!!!

    Hello everyone, I have a problem wich I need advise.me and my wife we have 2 kids and unfortuunately we split couple weeks ago and next month I have to go for my citizenship interviw but the problem is that I have all the required papers that the immigration wants exept my wifes birth cert.and I can't get it cause we split so any suggestion or does anyone knows what is going to happend if I don't have it? Thanks

    They usually ask for proof of your spouses US citizenship if u are applying based on being married to a US Citizen for 3 years, it is a different case if u are applying based on being a permanent resident for 5 years. Are u applying based on the 3 year or 5 year duration?
