I mailed documents for my son who is born in the US for OCI card.
I mailed only copies of my INdian Passport and Green Card. I thought that was all the proof needed.
I forgot to include my husbands US passport, and birth certifcate from India. Which on further reading seems required.
I am thinking of mailing these documents separately.
What are the chances that will accept these documents and consider it part of the application.
I mailed my documents on June 18 2010, its July 1st 2010, no reply from them.
How long before either application gets rejected or they ask for more proof.
Please help, else I need to look into getting a visa for my son.
