spousal Visa info required

My friend has just married his gf in canada and they are very confused about the proccess for immigration now.

She is Phillippino and living in Canada with a work permit. He is a British National and they married whilst he was visiting her in Canada. Hes now back in UK and they are trying to find out how she can apply for her spousal visa. Any advice would be much appriciated.

Does she apply to UK embassy in Canada or go back to phillippines and apply from there? Does anyone have any info on this?
