pregnancy at the time of immigration interview

Some of my friend and his family have immigration interview call in August in F3 category. At the time of interview her wife will be 8 and half month pregnant. I want to how generally embassy behave in this case.

I do not belive that they can descriminate based on Age, Sex, race, color... I think it does include pregnant.

One cannot predict what they will do if they find you 8+ months and it seems obvious.
