    Removed Middle Name

    My OCI application returned back from SF consulate and asked the advertisement in newspaper in USA and India. In my US Passport, I have removed my Last name. So Indian PP and US PP name are different.
    If anybody have the similar type of experience or idea, please share with me.
    What is the procedure to do the newspaper advertisement?

    Contact the newspaper and ask them you want to advertise name change. Depending upon the total number of words in the ad, they will tell you the price. You pay that, give them content and they will publish the ad.
