I'm a businessman,(Ind) holding 10year U.S Multiple B1/B2 visa and am in U.S from 6th Jan'05. Recently got married with a Woman of U.S citizen.and my stay is valid upto 4th of July as per my entry to U S.
Kindly, let me know That I have to apply for Change of my status or apply for extention of visa or have to go back to India and then apply for the spouse visa.Please reply .
