H1B to L1B back to H1B

Please help me with my case and guide me if this is possible.

Yr 2006 - I had H1B visa and I traveled to USA
Yr 2009 - H1B Expired and my employer filed for L1B visa petition I think with Change of Status, I got that stamped in end of 2009.
My L1B now expires in yr 2011, because it has a validity for 5 yrs (combine H1 and L1 status).

Question:
1. Can my employer now file H1B petition with change of status and get me the H1B visa back for the validity upto 2012 as H1 is valid for 6 yrs. Am assuming I dont have to go through lottery or wait till Oct 2010 because my previous H1 was already picked in lottery.

2. Can I switch job and have the new employer apply for H1B petition with change of status and start working for the new employer right away would H1B petition have the validity upto 2012 ?

I would appreciate any help on this matter.
