My US visa expires on Sep 30th 2010

Hi,

My US visa is going to expire on 30th Sep 2010.
I have never been to US till now.

NOw I am planning to go to USA in this month.

But my visa will expire on 30th of sep.

Please let me know is it possible to go to US now?DO I face any problems at port of entry?

Pleas4e let me know the process.

---- You can enter US any time before Sept. 30 if you are going to work for the same employer and show the IO that your enployment is still there for you

Like mentioned, you can enter anytime before the visa expires. However, you might get an I-94 only till the visa expiry date. When you are inside U.S, I-94 will decide until when you can legally stay in the country. You did not mention what type of visa you have. You will at least need an extended petition to get an extended I-94 at the POE if you intend to stay beyond Sep 2010.
