The way NVC is working now, don't expect anything in advance. Couple of cases I know, they were contacted couple of weeks after their PD became current.

Pd 07/2008

My PD is 07/2008. Last month, received a letter from USCIS asking for more info. I mailed them the info required about three weeks ago. Case status on USCIS website has been updated on 08/16/2010, but it still shows the same stage and same detail as was before.

F4 has moved quickly in last two years, especially last four months - I hope the trend will continue.

i applied a visitor visa last year but they refused my visa application,my immigrant visa pending at nvc but i do not disclosed in my visitor visa forms,is there any effect in my immigrant visa case?

Any specific reason of you not disclosing your pending application? If you lie or hide information from the USCIS, it may have a negative affect on your future filings.

hi my brother filed my case " I-130 for sibling " AUGUST 2009 and APRIL 2010 asking for evidence i submit evidence MAY 2010.. and my question is what is next setup and how long it can be approve ?!?

Takes a little over nine years currently which may change in future. Next step is to wait........................till they contact you again.
