Dear Immigration Officer,
I have applied for Travel Document but in the family matter ( my mother is sick and under critical condition), I had to leave USA for my country, Kyrgyzstan before I have had an Ivitation for Biometrics.
I have applied to Consular Department of USA Embassy to Kyrgyzstan (Consul, Stiven) and they told me to get Autharization to have taken my biometrics in Moscow, Russia from Nebrasca Service Center. Please let me do so...
