Hello,
I'm travelling in the US for pleasure have a B2 visa with "M"entries. My I94 its good for a few months, I would like to know if its possible to travel abroad - to go to Caribbean and go back again to US before my I94 and visa expire.

You sure can. Doing this for getting a new I-94 with a longer period on it can result in some serious consequences. If you are not looking for an extended I-94, you should be fine.
