Hello all -
My 485 (EB1 C - no labor) was pending with USCIS and I had to change my work location (different state) for the same job and same employer. I was hoping it would be pending over 180 days (only 15 says left) so I can apply for AC21 portability for changed location.
However, I received a card production alert this morning. Does this make my GC unlawful?? What are my options?
PLEASE ADVISE!!!???
