Any help would be greatly appreciated...
I was born in India on 12/5/84. I grew up there. I currently live in America and have always had american citizenship. Both of my parents are American citizens. Does my birth in India entitle me to any special treatment by the Indian goverment?
At the embassy they said i was not entitled to anything becuase my parents are not of Indian Origin.

hi
did u hold indian passport at anytime when u were in india .if yes u can be eligible to get a oci . may i know ur parents are us born citizens? or naturalized?
