Need Info: H1B Stamping in Mumbai

I am going for H1B interview at Mumbai Consulate very soon so expecting prompt answer for my case.

Here is my background:
B1/B2 Valid till 2016 Company C Travelled on it.
L1B valid till 2011 Company B Never Travelled on it.
H1B Valid Petition till 2011 Company A Not Stamped yet. Going for it.

1. Is there any problem getting H1B stamped as I have not travelled on L1B?

2. Will my L1B cancelled, once H1B got stamped?

3. Is there any problem on H1B stamping, as H1B petition valid since 2008 and going for stamping now in 2010?

Possible, but only Visa is canceled, not the petition.
3. Is there any problem on H1B stamping, as H1B petition valid since 2008 and going for stamping now in 2010?
You should be prepared to prove that there is still a job waiting for you, with current offer letter, client letter etc.
