massive problem need immediate advice please

hi I HAVE APPLIED FOR I485 IN FEB01, I GOT TO KNOW TODAY THAT MY EMPLOYER IS GOING TO CHANGE STATUS OF MY COMPANY FROM INCORPORATION TO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. HOW WOULD THIS AFFECT MY STATUS. MY JOB IS GOING TO BE THE SAME AS BEFORE. HE WOULD BE GIVEN A NEW FEDERAL ID NUMBER AS IT WOULD BE A NEW ENTITY. WOULD THIS CHANGE AFFECT MY GREEN CARD. PLEASE ADVICE ASAP AS THIS WOULD BE DONE BEFORE MARCH 31. I NEED TO ADVICE HIM AND GET THIS RESOLVED ASAP

I don't think that it impact your GC if : you kep the same job, same location and same salary. It is the concept of Sucessor of Interest if the new company take over all obligations of the current one. But you need tyo check with a laywer
