visa appointment

hi,

i have made appointment for my wife online.

i filled up the form correctly and apppointment is confirmed.

but it shows on Appointment letter ''CASE TYPE: VISA RENEWABLE''.

my wife is going to apply for first time and i didnt choose any option like that.

is that by default? can any one suggest me for this.

i found that i clicked on one wrong option.

never mind .i solved the problem.
